“I would love to do this at home! Can I have the recipe for the Magic Water?”
There are numerous websites which outline the process of water marbling but much of it is through trial and error. Due to the proprietary nature of our process, we cannot divulge our trade secrets.
“I noticed an odor when I opened my bag. Is this normal?”
Yes! The Magic Water we use is 100% all natural and organic! The smell will disappear after the first soak.
“My colors keep bleeding when I rinse! What do I do?”
Your first initial rinse will wipe off any excess paint. After this soak, gently wring out the item and lay flat or hang to dry. Once it is dry, iron the BACK side to set the colors. This will prevent future bleeding.
“What’s your return policy?”
